This session IPA was created with the Centennial hop, hence the name Heaven Cent. A perfectly balanced IPA with beautiful fruity aromas and a citrus tang. All thanks to the heavenly flair of our master brewers.
Brewer’s Notes: For Heaven Cent, Centennial hops were used (which inspired the beer name) for aroma to give light floral notes with some citrus and also Eureka hops to add a tropical fruit juiciness. For bitterness we chose Magnum and Waimea hops which gives a crisp, clean bitterness and a pleasing lasting finish. 後味は結構苦味が残る感じ(それはそれでおいしい)
そのおかげで飲み始めより飲み終わった後に、飲んだーって感じがする(飲みごたえ感じる)
